Or rather, AI – the generative kind – dominates many of the narratives around us.

The digital transformation, and AI in particular, take center stage when discussions turn to streamlining, saving costs, increasing efficiency. Avoiding those discussions is not an option. Giving up agency and and values should not be either.

Many challenges that come with digital solutions are opportunities to address problems that already existed in the analogue sphere, but that were hard to pinpoint.

The digital revolution is an opportunity to make things better. Not by chasing efficiency for efficiency’s sake and by making everyone busier. But by using its spotlight effect to discern what needs change.
